Confusion : 96.5 Frequency belongs To Unity Group Of Companies ?



Ray Charles Kick Show has been hinted the 96.5 frequency currently on test transmission by an  unknown persons belongs to the Unity Group Of Companies owned by business tycoon, Mr. Kwame Kyei.

As a matter of fact, Licensing of commercial Radio in Ghana is regulated by the National Communication Authority . It is illegal to operate on a frequency without an approval from the NCA.


The post below is the message sent by a close source from the Unity Group of Companies, read for more clarification.

" See family, Until further notice from the NCA, that frequency belongs to unity group of companies.. thus Light fm & light tv.  But we are told some guys are operating it illegally .
