                       Kanye West In Trouble - Charged In Paparazzi Attack Kanye West  has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for allegedly attacking a paparazzo at LAX on July 19 ... TMZ has learned. Kanye went off on the photog ... who dared to speak with him as he left the airport. The photog went to the hospital and has filed a lawsuit.  The photog hired  Gloria Allred , who has said the attack left her client badly injured. Just days before the attack Kanye  issued multiple warnings  to the paparazzi NOT to speak to him.  If convicted of both misdemeanors ...  Kanye faces a maximum of 1 year in jail.  He'll be arraigned October 10th.  We attempted to reach Kanye's lawyer,  Blair Berk , but her assistant said she was unavailable "because it's the highest holy day of the year for Jews" and she was at services.

Justin Bieber Attacked at Nightclub Justin Bieber was bum rushed in a Canadian nightclub by an over eager partier who tried in vain to tackle him -- and TMZ has the pictures. It all went down at 3 am today at a Toronto nightclub. Sources on scene tell us JB left his safe VIP section to mingle with the regular folk -- and that's when a male clubgoer charged at him, got hold of his shirt (which he was wearing) and attempted to take him down, but failed.             Sean Kingston - I Settled Gang Rape Lawsuit Sean Kingston has settled up with the 22-year-old girl who accused the singer and his former bodyguards of gang rape back in 2010, sources close to Kingston tell TMZ. Sources tell us, Kingston settled NOT because he's admitting guilt, but because his upcoming tour and new album release will prevent him from focusing his energies on a messy civil trial. Our sources close to Kingston's team say he paid the alleged victim only a fraction of what she asked for in order to make the lawsuit disappear as soon as possible. They didn't tell us the exact amount of the settlement.   Usher’s Son Out of the Hospital And Recovering Nicely   Usher Raymond’s son,  who nearly drowned a week ago, is out of the hospital and reportedly back to playing like his old self, according to TMZ . The 5-year-old boy was rushed to a hospital, after he dove in to the pool to fetch a toy and got his hand stuck in the swimming pool drain at his Atlanta home. Usher, who has primary custody of his two sons with ex- Tameka Foster was recently hauled back in to court because of the incident. When Foster was notified of the near-drowning incident, she immediately jumped into action, appealing to a judge to grant her primary custody of the boys, Usher and Naviyd. In court , Foster reportedly argued that Usher is a negligent Dad who too often leaves their children under the watchful eye of another caregiver. Classes In DUI Case According to TMZ Reports:  Kevin Hart will NOT sport an orange jumpsuit anytime soon — the comedian cut a deal following his high speed DUI arrest. TMZ broke the story … Kevin was charged with two counts of DUI stemming from his April bust, after cops say he flew down an L.A. highway at 90 MPH, almost crashed into a gas tanker and then bombed a field sobriety test. We’re told his BAC was almost TWICE the legal limit — .15. Kevin just pled no contest to one count of DUI — driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher — in exchange the other count was dropped. Kevin was sentenced to 3 years probation and 3 months of alcohol education classes.
