Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong says the club's chances of winning this season's Ghana Premier League are still alive. The Porcupine Warriors are still in fourth place after fight back to earn a 1-1 draw at Sekondi Hasaacas. "We are not down and out. We still have hopes of winning the league because anything can happen in the game of football," the versatile defender said on Kumasi-based Fox FM. "We are working hard to claim all three points in our next game against Berekum Chelsea. That's the most important thing. "From there we will see what we can do to make things better in our subsequent three matches."

Ghana skipper Asamoah Gyan has hinted he could be playing in the English Premier League after heading to the British High Commission minutes after arriving in Ghana. According to reports in the United Kingdom Hull City are desperate for the signature of the Shanghai SIPG man. Gyan is in the market for a club after falling low in the pecking order with Shanghai SIPG, with whom he joined for record fee a year ago. The 30 year-old has struggled for both form and fitness and will be looking to revive his career in the English Premier League.
