Ohemaa Mercy Speaks - Gospel Music Is Not Given Much Attention Award winning Ghanaian songstress, Mrs. Mercy Twum Ampofo Known in Showbiz Circles as Ohemaa Mercy has bemoaned the lack of attention given to Gospel music in Ghana compared to the demands and and acceptance of secular music. Ohemaa Mercy who spoke to Kapital Radio’s Kofi Amoah Okyere on the Kapital Entertainment Unplugged Show explained it was disheartening to listen to radio throughout the day and observe how secular music has gained more attention and airplay than Gospel music.
