         Ghanaian Rapper Explodes In U.A.E ( Dubai)

The  Next Big thing in Gh was not the end of his rap battle, Kwasi Zoltan Ohemeng - Boakye,  known in showbiz as BLACK ICON, is a Ghanaian rapper making it big in UAE ( Dubai ).

 

The name Black Icon, simply represents his origin as black and a proud african, representing his people to the fullest.

 

 

 

 

 His music talent was from infancy but never took it serious until his  first recording in S.h.s, then later joined a school rap group called 'D-clan' but later formed his own group called 'Crescent Entertainment' .Went to Oda Senior high School and completed in 2011 and proceeded to African University College of communication to offer B.A in Communication Studies

 

In 2012, Black Icon got selected to be a part of the The  Next Big Thing in Gh on ghONE television where he excelled, He was also included in the Next in GH Talent Show organised by the FOKN boys where he performed to expectation.

 

  As a young rapper, Black Icon performed freestyles on Xfm , Great fm and Adom fm. Also performed on several stages and platforms including Tv3 music music, Tv Africa sound splash etc.

 

 He Has so far released several singles but the most popular tunes includes 'Go like that ',  'Progress', 'Efa Woho Ben' , 'Hide and Seek' and the rest.  

 

Black Icon Currently at UAE ( Dubai ) is blasting African  music like an uncureable disease and is working on an album for the Great music lovers and fans.
