CEO of Bohy3 Fm drags Boss Fm Presenter to Court- Read Writ

The CEO of Bohy3 95.3 Fm has dragged former employee Richard Smith Donkor now with Boss FM to court demanding a return of five thousand Ghana cedis from the sports presenter. This is according to Richardo when contacted by Ray Charles Blog.

In the document filed before the Circuit Court- Kumasi, Elder Bismark Amoah, the CEO of  Bohy3 Fm is praying on the court to retrieve all his funds from Richards Smith Donkor for breach of contract (is a legal cause of action in which a binding agreement or bargained-for exchange is not honored by one or more of the parties to the contract by non-performance or interference with the other party's performance).

Through his lawyers, Elder Amoah is demanding return of five thousand Ghana cedis and a thirty percent interest for what he termed as contract disrespect.

The Circuit Court of Ghana, Kumasi has now summoned Richardo, who served Bohy3 Fm for a period of nine months to defend himself on the writ within 8 days.
