The 37-year-old Nigerian, who was arrested by the police for impersonating Ghanaian actor Majid Michel has been jailed 10 months with hard labour on Friday. The imposter , Kelvin Ogodogu, was arrested on Saturday, November 15 through the help of some of his neigbours in Kasoa in the Central region, for trying to defraud a US-based Nigerian lady. The Nigerian, posing as Majid Michel on Facebook, solicited funds from unsuspecting persons, including the US-based Nigerian lady, Ikay, to bury his mum. Kelvin Ogodogu was arraigned before the Ledzokuku Krowor Municipal Assembly (LEKMA) Magistrates’ Court in Teshie on Thursday, November 20 where he initially pleaded not guilty to the charges of impersonation and attempted fraud. Actor Osita Iheme known as Paw Paw has debunk circulating speculations that he and his close friend, Chinedu Ikedieze(Aki) have part ways. The station, which is owned by Mr. Sylvester Owusu, , a celebrated former Asante Kotoko chairman, incorporated several months ago, made a “soft start-up” about two hours ago “to make sure everything plays well,” a usual practice when a new station hit the air waves. P-Square, the Nigerian R&B duo composed of identical twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye are mourning their father who passed away on Monday 24 th November 2014. According to reports, the father of the duo, late Pa Okoye recently had a successful knee surgery and was up and about going for physiotherapy when he fell and died.   Sometime past, the Naija R&B twins had a strained relationship with their Dad due to their chosen career. They however amicably solved  their differences and since then, they enjoyed a good relationship until his sudden demise. May he Rest In Peace.

Miss Nadia Ntanu, Ghana’s agent at the 2014 Miss World pageant has paid a visit to Mr. Victor Smith, Ghana’s Commissioner to the United Kingdom. The courtesy call forms part of the numerous activities clustered by Exclusive Events Ghana, organizers of the Miss Ghana pageant. The visit gave Miss Ntanu the exposure to associate with some staffs of the Ghanaian Embassy in United Kingdom. In attendance were, Damptey B.   Miss Nadia Ntanu, Ghana’s representative at 2014 Miss World pageant, has officially moved into camp for the 2014 finals. This year the event returns to London, its original home. The finale will be on December 14, but the contestants have already arrived and the sports events are under way. The “swimsuit competition” for Miss World pageant last year was canceled because the organizers, feared a possible terrorism in Indonesia. Nadia checked in at the Marriote County Hall in London, where she joined over a 100 others. Ghana is the current holder of the Miss Africa title, the only African country to have made last year’s top three. Ghana is looking forward to putting up a c onvincing performance at this year’s finals. Actor Chris Attoh and his lovely wife, actress Damilola Adegbite have revealed the name of their baby boy.
