Still On: Summer Hosts Angel 96.1 fm Sports?

  Angel FM's Sports Presenter Samuel Darko also known as Summer is back on air with Angel sports weeks after the show went off. He host the sports show Thursday morning, taking over from former Host Sir Joe Laka .

A return that is set to once again strengthen the station’s hold on urban radio in sports presentation, seeing the host Joe Laka was sacked on issues relating to his boss Dr. Kwaku Oteng.

One of Kumasi most listened-to-voices on radio, Samuel Darko has come a long way from the days of Kessben 93.3 FM, to a point where he now has an incredible following.

His hosting of foreign sports stories for years has caused many station managers, whose target is similar to Angel 96.1 fm sleepless nights, as he is able to draw a large pool of listeners to the 96.1 dial.
The question many listeners of Angel fm Sports asking are, Is Summer wearing the boots of  his former boss Joe Laka or the station is bringing a new Don is sports to host the show.
