story : Ray CharlesPaul Adjei, Chief Executive of Paul Gee Productions has confirmed on Hello entertainment review he has been served with a summons from the law court over the scene of Agya Koo showing the uncovered buttocks and sex organs while playing the lead role in ‘Okomfo Anokye Movie’.
After the talk about of Agya Koo showing his uncovered buttocks and sex organs in the movie ‘Okomfo Anokye’, the actor told Okay FM in Accra and other radio stations that he had never done such a thing.
But the movie producer, Paul Adjei, Chief Executive of Paul Gee Productions, told DOVE MOVIE MOMENT that indeed Agya Koo actually stripped to show his nakedness in the movie.
“ I am surprised Agya Koo is reacting this way. I know he is a big actor and so may be embarrassed by the way the media carried the story but he should be professional ".
Agya koo, the lead character in the movie responding in an interview with Okay FM, stated, “ When it got to the part where I had to expose my nakedness, I told the production team that I won’t play that role because i need to consult for real facts. I made it clear to them that I had led a demonstration against people who have acted nude so I simply cannot do it…it became a debate between I and the team but I told them I won’t do it.
“
What they did was that they paid a guy by name Philip and he played that role. They edited that part using my face to my waist and added his buttocks to legs to look like me ”.
The debate goes on whether its Agya koo or not, to clear his name and image, Agya koo has resulted to court for redress of that scene creating a dirty image for his career. the weeks to come will determine the outcome.
