Jordan Ayew turns 23 today

Jordan Pierre Ayew (23) is among big names in Ghana football celebrating their birthday today. As a player he spent much of his time in the Diaspora, but he has made more of a name for himself as a striker who helped Ghana on 5 September 2010, in a 3–0 2012 AFCON Qualification match win against Swaziland, at the Somhlolo National Stadium in Lobamba, Swaziland.
 
Jordan (born 11 September 1991) is a Ghanaian international professional footballer who plays for the French Ligue 1 club Lorient.

Jordan has over the past years, established himself as one of the most prolific strikers in the game. It is drummed in to all aspiring young footballers that hard work, dedication and sacrifice are all required to make it in the professional game.

While that may be true, it appears that being born on September 11 would also heighten their chances!
