Read Kaaki’s Grief Post Over KB’s Death

Female artiste Kaaki is still in grief over the demise of her fellow musician ‘KB’ who died on Sunday 22 March 2015.

He was well until around 1:00pm on the said day when he left his home at Spintex on foot to a studio in the neighborhood. He collapsed a few meters from the house and was rushed to Inkoom clinic, a private clinic where he was given some first aid treatment and later referred to LEKMA hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. His body was later deposited at the 37 Military hospital for autopsy.

Kaaki took to Facebook to post her multifaceted response.

“We are still in shock about my label co-sign artiste, KB‘s (Kwabena Buahin) untimely death. Our hearts are heavy and full of grief. Decided not to drop any post about it because I couldn’t believe it but sadly, we’re hit with the bad news. Condolences to family. #RIPGhettoKB”
