Breaking News: Kapital 97.1 sports presenter BENGAZY quits

Kapital sports presenter Benjamin Yamoah has quit Sports Express Show after 6 years with the network.

Ray Charles Blog reports the Kumasi based sports presenter, has quit Kapital 97.1 FM to join re branded Ultimate 106.9 Fm. Bengazy as it stands now will be in the company of Atta POKU and Kwame ADARKWA in propagating the vision of the station in-terms of sports presenting.

“I’m not too bad now, I’m getting better. I just need to move on, simple as that.”

His decision comes a week after the broadcaster negotiated a secret exit by signing a juicy deal with Kwabena Duffuor's Ultimate FM.

Benjamin Yamoah started radio at Garden City Radio with Fred Achie and Danny Owusu Ansah as his bosses. Gearing up, he moved on to Light 94.9 Fm and later joined Dove 89.5 Fm(Sikka) before hooking up with Kapital radio.

The heavy built sports presenter will join his colleagues on 5th of January 2015 which falls on Monday.
