      On Friday :  Sikka 89.5 Fm  Launches In Kumasi

Kumasi  has a new voice on its airwaves. After  years of effort, the urban  radio station  Dove rebranded Sikka 89.5 Fm, which stands for Networking for Social Justice, will be launch on Friday 12 July 2013.


The station will be a mix of local/foreign  music, news, sports and talk shows , Ray Charles Kick Show can confirm. It includes sports 7:30 and sports 895, a new program to be hosted by Otuo - Acheampong  well known as "Sometymer" .


"We're really focused on educating and providing the community with content that will fill in holes and gaps in information," Sometymer said. "We also want community feedback about what they like and what they want to hear."


The urban radio Sikka 89.5 Fm is parenting the project sports 7:30 in the morning and Sports 895 in the evening, it will cover some of the local and foreign sports news that fits perfectly with the station's emphasis on community.

 The launch of  Kumasi’s  all inclusive  radio station Sikka 89.5  on July 12, 2013 will  kick start the launch with a float organize for its cherished clients, customers, listeners and family on the principal streets of  the metropolis.
